A creative, highly organized and self-motivated professional who maintains an innovative approach towards account management through effective planning and presentations.
An Independent Real Estate Consultant in SW Florida. Also, a third generation licensed & credited realtor involved in multi-state referral, cross-border & international sales in Canada and Asia.
She enjoys early retirement by volunteering time and donating skills to deserving organizations representing her passion for education, culture and the performing arts as Director of Cultural Affairs.
Josephine Mak
Vice President
Josephine is a Project Manager for the Florida Department of Transportation. Her area of expertise is construction engineering and management. She was born and raised in Hong Kong. Her family has been a Florida resident since 2001.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida. In 2019, Josephine completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Florida Gulf Coast University.
In addition to English and Cantonese, she speaks Mandarin and Hakka.
Kim Chen
Treasurer, Pioneer Member since 2000
Kim Chen has been a member of the Rogers Wood Hill Starman & Gustason CPA Tax Services Team for over 30 years and became a shareholder in 2012. Kim is a Florida CPA. Since joining RWHSG in 1999, Kim has worked extensively with individuals, small businesses, fiduciaries, tax exempt organizations and employee benefit plans. She has served as Tax Manager for five years before she became a partner with RWHSG.
Kim graduated from Old Dominion University in Virginia with a Master of Science degree in Taxation. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree in Insurance from Shanghai Economics and Finance University.
Kim enjoys working with clients to plan tax transactions in order to obtain optimal benefit from the ever-changing tax codes, and is a member of AICPA & FICPA. She is fluent in various Chinese dialects.
Dr. Colin Feng
ASIAFEST Chairman
Dr. Colin Feng was born and raised in China. A graduate from the Xian Jiao Tong University majoring in Business Management. He continued his education in Ohio University and received his Master degree in Economics. Colin pursued to earn his Doctor degree in Economics from The Ohio State University in 1995.
Dr. Colin Feng is a certified financial planner with Equitable Advisors, LLC. He has been selected as Southwest Florida Five Star Wealth Manager every year since 2012 by Gulf Shore Magazine. He also specializes in life insurance, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance. Dr. Colin Feng taught Economics at Florida Southwestern State Community College.
Dr. Colin Feng is very active in the local community and participates in many non-profit organizations in Southwest Florida. He is a member of the South Fort Myers Rotary Club. He was the past president of the Kiwanis Club of San Carlos Park-Estero, the past president of the Southwest Florida Chinese Association, as well as past president of the Naples Asian Professionals Association.
Chris Mollitor
Planning Manager
Chris has been volunteering with APASWFL since 2014. He and Robert continue to provide valuable support in the production of our events, especially on our annual AsiaFest Celebration. Chris is known for his creative solutions to some of the most challenging issues at our events, projects and productions.
Siva Yang McAteer
Administration TEAM: Graphic Designer
Siva is the owner of Siva McAteer Design Group, LLC, Hmong Book Publishing, and Claddagh House Publishing. She is a creative and talented individual who has a passion for all aspects of design. She has a Bachelor of Science in Design Communications from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Her specialty is in graphic design, packaging, and publishing. Siva has been in the industry since 1999.
