Frank Zhou
President
Frank was born and raised in Shanghai, China and moved to Naples, FL in 1999. He earned a Bachelor in Computer Science in Engineering from the University of Florida and earned his MBA at Regis University. He worked in the Information Technology field for over 15 years as Programmer, Analyst, and Manager in areas such as software development, healthcare management, and property and casualty insurance and owns and manages several small businesses. He has been involved with many organizations devoted in assisting youth education and promoting Chinese culture, and served on the board as a treasurer for a condo association. Frank is married with two children: one in high school and one attending Florida State University, and enjoys property ownership and management as well as stock trading.
Lisa
Vice President
Lisa Wang is originally from Philadelphia, city of brotherly love. She moved to paradise to start her little family in 2007. Lisa graduated from Temple University in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in science for
Health Administration. She went on to finish her master’s degree in business administration. She worked in the healthcare administration and healthcare finance world for 18 years. She switched to a more
flexible career in real estate when she wanted to spend more time with young children. She is currently an active Florida Licensed Realtor. An entrepreneur in multiple local businesses. A certified yoga teacher. And most importantly a passionate student advocate and dedicate volunteer in Collier County Public School System. She contributes over 500 volunteer hours every school year.
Rovvy Jaikaran
Treasurer
Rovvy was born in Guyana and immigrated to US at 13. He is a husband and father to one son and one daughter. He has been a
Naples resident for 23 years and owns a small business for 17 years.
Rovvy is also a member of Knights of Columbus and volunteers for GCHS Marching Band. He enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, traveling in his RV and doing various construction and mechanical projects.
Yuan Burns
Secretary
Yuan served as one of the D.C. Courts’ senior executives for over 18 years. Prior to her retirement in the fall of 2020, she led a dynamic and innovative team of 90 professionals that provided technological capabilities for the D.C. Courts and its constituents. She also served as a senior manager at Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) from 2001 to 2002, and as the Director of Curriculum Development at the Information Technology Advanced Training Corp. (ITAT) from 1998 to 2001. During her employment at CSC and ITAT, she taught computer courses to over 1000 students in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. She also delivered several keynote speeches at the IT conferences. Since moving down to Cape Coral, Florida from Northern Virginia in late 2020, she has volunteered at various local nonprofit organizations.
Judy Wright
Board of Director
Judy Wright is the Naples regional office manager at the Gunster law firm in Florida. She is the current president of the Southwest Florida Chinese Association, past president of the SWFL Association of Legal Administrators, past president of the SWFL Chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals, and past board member of the Naples Asian Professionals Association. She is the founder and past coordinator of AsiaFest, a cultural festival in Southwest Florida. Judy attended Carson Newman College, in Tennessee. She has 3 children, 6 grandchildren and is passionate about making a positive impact in the community and spends much of her time volunteering and serving local non-profit organizations that support cultural diversity and community service.
Jim Wolff
Board of Director
Happily, retired in Bonita Springs, Jim holds an AS degree in Civil Engineering, a bachelor’s degree in professional studies, and attended Rollins College and Webster University for a master’s degree in IT Resource Management. Jim served honorably in the USAF in his early years, and then began his professional career as a Fluids Engineer for 10 years at Kennedy Space Center before changing his career to an IT Systems Engineer, Network Administrator, and Database Administrator for over 35 years. Jim now enjoys gardening, farming, cycling, pickleball, and photography.

Jie-Jie Corporal-Belli graduated from Philippines class 1981 with BS. She is an active travelling correctional, forensic, and psychiatric Nurse. She specializes in behavioral and mental health nursing area. Additionally, she is a Certified Life Coach since 2013, and Certified Micro-Needling Skin Care Specialist. She was a long-term Asian Professionals Association Board Member prior to 2018. She is very happy to re-join the Association in May 2023.
Dr. Colin Feng
AsiaFest Chairman
Dr. Colin Feng was born and raised in China. After graduating from Xian Jiao Tong University in Business Management, he earned both his MA and PhD in Economics from The Ohio State University. Dr. Feng is a certified financial planner with Equitable Advisors, LLC. He has been selected as Southwest Florida Five Star Wealth Manager every year since 2012 by Gulf Shore Magazine and also specializes in life, disability, and long-term care insurance. Dr. Feng taught Economics at Florida Southwestern State Community College. He is very active in the local community and has participated in many non-profit organizations in Southwest Florida. He is a member of the South Fort Myers Rotary Club, and is the past president of the Southwest Florida Chinese Association, the Naples Asian Professionals Association, and the Kiwanis Club of San Carlos Park-Estero.
